On the 3rd of June, AgriMfumo had the honor of visiting SUGECO, the incubation platform at Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA), following an invitation from Dr. Anna Andrew Temu.
Our team, represented by Mr. Dickson Massawe and Mr. Ibrahim Meshack from Agrimfumo Limited, demonstrated the capabilities of our device – HelloSoil – in measuring macronutrients in a new liquid fertilizer made from mushroom waste. This innovative fertilizer is produced by Mr. Aideni, a graduate student at SUA working closely with Dr. Anna.
We also tested over 20 essential oil-based products developed by Dr. Anna, including tea spices, insect repellents, and glass cleaners.
Thanks to its portability, speed, and flexibility, HelloSoil has proven effective not only for soil testing, but also for analyzing liquid formulations – delivering results within seconds.
